- NO TROLLING OR FLAME WARS. Trolling and/or attempting tobait others into a flame war will not be tolerated. This includespolitical commentary. Any posts we deem to fall in this category willbe deleted.
- POST IN THE APPROPRIATE FORUM. Please read each forumdescription before posting to ensure you are posting in the correctforum. Off topic posts will be moved to the correct forum.
- NO DUPLICATE OR REPEAT POSTS. If no-one answers yourquestion or responds to your post, please "bump" it rather than postingit again. Posting the same question over and over or in every forumwill just annoy people and will not get answers.
- USE APPROPRIATE TITLES. Titles like Help Me, or I'mStuck serve little value in a forum. Try to be short but descriptivewhen submitting your post. Likewise, try to be clear and articulatewhen posting your questions, answers, or comments. Unclearmessages/posts only add confusion and may delay responses to your post.
- NO ILLEGAL SUGGESTIONS. Respect the copyrights of otherpeople, websites, software and printed media. Please no pointers,how-to’s, advocating any illegal activity. Posts regarding such thingsas warez, crackz etc. will be deleted and the user warned.
- NO ADVERTISING/SPAM or SOLICITATION. Do not use thissite as a redirector or gateway to another site for the purpose ofcollecting click income or advertising. Although there are times when alink to another site is necessary for helping or answering a question,this site reserves the right to determine what is and is not SPAM. AnySPAM will be immediately deleted and the user warned. Likewise, this isnot your personal "for sale" board to advertise items. There are othersites out there that will allow you to sell your items.
- SIGNATURES and USER NAMES. While we have allowed the useof signatures as a form of expression, graphics in signatures should beno larger than 100 pixels high by 700 pixels wide. An additional 2lines of text are allowed but must be size small (size=1). If usingtext only, keep lines to no more than 7 in small size text. File sizeshould be no greater than 150KB this includes any text or images usedin your signature. Signatures outside this limit will be edited and/orremoved. Signatures are bound by the same rules as posts/threads.
- PRIVATE MESSAGES. Please do not use the PM system to asktechnical support questions of the moderators or admins. Technicalsupport questions PM'd to the moderators and admins will go unanswered.Instead, post your question in the appropriate forum for assistancefrom other members and board moderators.
Any post/thread that disclosure.subjectdebate.com deems inappropriate for our boards will bedealt with accordingly.
